When you complete the enquiry form on our website, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, your selected area of interest, and any optional message you provide. We also process basic request metadata, such as an IP address, to help prevent abuse of the enquiry form. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any analytics tools that identify you personally.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo call for your business. Vercel hosts this website. Resend processes and sends enquiry emails to our scrannr@gmail.com mailbox, which is hosted by Google (Gmail); these providers may process the information on our behalf for those services. We do not use it for marketing purposes or add you to mailing lists without your consent.
We process the information you send through the enquiry form under legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): responding to your enquiry and arranging the demo you asked about, and keeping basic request metadata to prevent abuse of the form. If you become a Scrannr client, we process the details needed to provide your service under contract (Article 6(1)(b)). We only send marketing with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months. If you become a Scrannr client, we retain your business contact details for the duration of your agreement and up to 12 months after it ends.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, request correction of any inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at scrannr@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would welcome the chance to put things right first.
